From 1 July 2017 ASIC fees for many standard lodgments will increase. Below we list our amended prices for some of our more popular services.

Most of our prices remain unchanged and accordingly are not listed. However we have increased our prices for some services, in the main to reflect the higher costs associated with delivering documents or in the time required to undertake the service.

The increases in our incorporation services only reflect the increased ASIC fees. Our professional fees for these services have remained unchanged.

In particular please note the increase in annual review fees which will apply to all companies with a review date on or after 1 July 2017, irrespective of whether the fee has already been paid. The additional amount outstanding will be noted on the ASIC invoice when it arrives.

Closure of ASIC document drop boxes - How this will affect you

We have been advised by ASIC that they are closing all their document drop boxes in all their city offices. This means we will no longer be able to lodge documents at the ASIC Sydney office and we will have to mail documents down to their processing centre in Victoria.

If you are sending cheques to Corporate Express for payment of company annual review fees we will now require them to be sent to us at least 10 days before the review fee is due to ensure that they are received at the ASIC processing centre in time.

Corporate Express is still happy to receive client cheques for ASIC payments but there will be delays in sending the cheques to ASIC.

Alternatively we would encourage you to inform your clients that they can pay ASIC by:

BPAY
Use the BPAY details outlined at the bottom of your invoice. Ensure you allow three business days for electronic processing.

Postbill pay/ Australia Post
You can pay using credit card by visiting postbillpay.com.au or by calling 131 816.
Alternatively, you can visit any Australia Post branch to make payment in person.

Mail
Mail your payment slip (cut-out section at the bottom of your invoice) and cheque to:
